He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Minnix and Anna Truitt Minnix; his sisters, Anita and Marilyn; his siblings-in-law, Jorge Fonseca, Jon Ford, Karen Minnix, Tom Walter and Neil Anderson; and his in-laws, Tom and Phyllis Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Walter Minnix; his siblings, Madeline Darrah (Joe), Loren Minnix (Becky), Bill Minnix, Mark Minnix (Linda) and Debra Kinder (Gregg); and his siblings-in-law, Rusty Walter (Josie) and Barbara Smith (Neil). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Centerville Church of the Nazarene (7181 US-40, Centerville, IN 47330). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
