It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Marshall Sr. of Centerville, Indiana, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Marshall and Betty Marshall; his sister Kathy; and his brother-in-law Mike Burton. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Marshall (O'Hair); his son Michael Jay Marshall (Shayna); his grandchildren, Jayden Marshall of Mount Washington, Tristen Marshall of Richmond and Kensley Marshall of Centerville, Indiana; and his siblings, Karen Burton, Jeffrey Allen Marshall and Robert D. Marshall (Fanny).
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Earlham Cemetery (1101 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374).
