He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Oldham; and his stepfather Bill Parker. He is survived by: his mother Betty Cates Oldham of Centerville, Indiana; his daughter Shirley; and his siblings, Cindy Spears of Centerville, Sheri Quirk (Shaun) of St. Petersburg, Florida, Ron Oldham (Renee) of McCordsville and Randy Oldham (Rose) of Connersville, Indiana. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
