He was predeceased by : his parents, Larry Pipenger and Shirley Pipenger (Nelson). He is survived by : his significant other Teresa Pipenger (Brown); his children, Alishia Feetham (Robert), Ashley Pipenger and Amber Ramey (Austin); his grandchildren, Brianna, Carson, Brooklyn, Robert II, Christopher and Aurora; his siblings, Troy Pipenger (Lorinda), Tad Pipenger (Annie) and Tammy Pipenger; and also Buddy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
