She was predeceased by: her sons, Jacob and Brock. She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; and her children, Michael, Charli (Jason), Chris (Kristy), Greg, Michelle, Justin, Zachary, Jessica and Josh. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren.
