He is survived by: his wife Breana Clark (Vance) of Chandler, IN; his children, Jace, Makinsley, Harper, Zaylyn and Brynnley; his foster child Gracelyn; his father Jerry Clark, Jr. (Christina); his siblings, Brianna Clark (Elijah White), Jacob Clark and Blake Shockley; his uncle Jeff Clark; his aunts, Ruby Buckner (Titus), Tina Thompson and Faye Henderson (Andy); his nieces and nephews, Elleanna, Lyrik, Braxton, Madison and Cali; his parents-in-law, Bill Vance (Shelley) and Debbie Rhodes; his sister-in-law Jenna Almquist; his stepgrandmother Sharon Clark; and his close friend Jake Goad.
