He was predeceased by: his father Curtis Alan Moats of Boonville; and his grandparents, Charles Moats (Frances) of Carmi and Leslie Marshall (Mary Ann) of Chandler. He is survived by: his uncle Dennis Moats (Columbus); his sons, Dustin Moats and Blake Moats of Chandler; his brother David Moats (Alex); and his children, Sharron Moats of Boonville, Bob and Matt Moats of Columbus.
