Scruggs, Barbara Hoagland, Ruby Carter, Rosie Walker, Katherine Adams, Gracie McCormick, Lola Bell Conyer and Georgia Perry; and his son Mike Scruggs (family: Phil, Vicki Boggs).
He is survived by: his granddaughter Rhonda; and also C. B. Radio.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home - Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
