He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bane and Mary Bane (Petty); and his wife Nancy. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Bane (Mary) of Greenfield and Christopher Bane (Elizabeth) of Prospect, Kentucky; and his grandchildren, Jolie and Jaxon Bane.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, August 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Dawalt Funeral Home (204 E Market St, Salem, IN 47167). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
