He is survived by: his son David Doss Jr.; his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Brandon Doss (Sophie) and Breanna Mattingly (Jonathan); his great grandchildren, Remi and Riley Doss (Brad Barrow); and his siblings, Karen Messer and Bobby Doss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
