He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnett Lowe, and Margaret Anne Lowe, Jr.; his wife Selene Kay Lowe; and his brother Scott Thomas Lowe. He is survived by: his children, Heather Duncan (Jeremy) of Charlestown and Garnett "Grant" Lowe IV (Melinda) of Charlestown; his brother C. Matthew Lowe of Charlestown; his grandchildren, Natalie Rogers (Patrick), Avery Duncan, Emerson Lowe and Rhys Duncan; and his great grandchild Foster Rogers.
