She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Cornelius and Barbara Geneva Fessel Uhl; her husband Ernest L. DeVary; her former husband Roger Phillips; her son Greg Phillips; and her sisters, Patricia Martin, Janet Anderson and Evelyn Goode.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Phillips; and her grandchildren, Zach, Katelyn and Ethan Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church in Charlestown.
