She is survived by : her father Gary Ramsay of Pekin, IN; her children, Rachel Fitch (Robert) of Crothersville, IN, Candy Couch (Shaun) of Hanover, IN, Robert Ballard of Scottsburg, IN and Paul Ballard (Kirstin) of Charlestown; and her siblings, Joseph Ramsay of Pekin, Julie Jenkins (David) of Pekin and Karri Ramsay of Borden, IN. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
