He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gansbauer and Lola Louise Gansbauer; and his brother Thomas Gansbauer. He is survived by: his wife Laura "Peggy" Gansbauer; his children, Doria Gansbauer, Erica Gansbauer, Myron Gansbauer, Cynthia Gansbauer and Mike Bearup (Jess); his sister Debra Ralston (Jim); his grandchildren, Chayton Bolden, Michael Wyatt and Lola Gansbauer; and his pet Max.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111).
