She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin Lyons and Ina Bell Lyons; her siblings, Ornal "Elwood" Lyons, Dorothy Smith and Rachel Campell; and her grandson Cole Ryan Harl.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Hammond (Tom); and her children, Tommy (Jane), Michael "Mike" (Becky), Deina (Rusty), Debbie (Mike) and Ronald "Ron" (Michelle).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Charlestown Independent Church (9575 IN-62, Charlestown, IN 47111). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
