He was predeceased by: his parents, George Collett and Norma Jean Collett; and his sister Charmaine Collett. He is survived by: his wife LaJeana Evans-Collett; his children, Michael Boller Sr. (Duwayna), DaShina Bibbs (Josh) and Regine Martin; his stepsons, Brandon Evans (Emily) and Quentez Hammond; his sisters, Debra Patterson (Arman), Niecy Collett and Cheryl Covington (Daryl); and his sister-in-law Angela Evans. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and an abundance of loving family members.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home - Charlestown (893 High St, Charlestown, IN 47111). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
