He is survived by: his daughters, Morgan Marie Taylor (Jeff) of Charlestown and Jacklyn Nicole Berkley (Jonathan) of Charlestown; his sister Theresa Miles of Lebanon, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Devin Berkley, Jaxson Berkley, Jayden Berkley, Cadence Berkley, Cydney Berkley, BJ Berkley, Cameron Berkley and Dean Taylor; and the mother of his children Starlena Curry Williams (Larry).
