We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2022, at the age of 81, Arlene R. Barnes (Chesterton, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Victor Lawbaugh and Dorothy LaGuire Lawbaugh; her husband Harold; and her brother Louis Lawbaugh. She is survived by : her children, Harold Barnes Jr. (Barb) of Koontz Lake, IN, Cecilia Barnes of Porter, IN, Kevin Barnes of South Carolina, Michael Barnes (Shelly) of Michigan City, IN, Carrie Shear (Jake) of LaPorte, IN and Clayton Barnes (Rachel) of California; her siblings, Juanita Chnupa, Harry Lawbaugh and Ramona Lawbaugh; and her pet Peppie. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
