He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Willett and Hazel Willett; and his brother Bill Willett. He is survived by : his wife Alice Miller; his children, Shelly Yurack (Bill), Daniel Willett (JunJun) and Amy James (Kevin); his grandchildren, Zachary Yurack, Jacob Yurack, Daniel Willett, James Willett, Brian Willett (Wanda), Ethan Shoa (Chloe), Kyle James, Elizabeth Hunt (Russell) and Tiffany James; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Brooklyn Willett, Hazel Hunt and Jiang Shoa; his brothers-in-law, Price Miller (Mylin), Tom Miller, Brian Miller (Jim), Joe Miller, Michael Miller (Jacquelyn) and Mark Miller (Dan); his brother Dave Willett; his sister-in-law Mary Sunderman (Ron); and also Dan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contribution may be made, in lieu of flowers, to Westchester Food Pantry, or Knights of Columbus ultrasound project.
