He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Collins and Betty Collins; and his wife Lynn. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan Collins of Washington and Matthew Collins (Shannon) of Porter, IN; his grandchildren, Josephine Collins of Washington and Lynn Marie Collins; and his sisters, Dawn Babendrager (Abe), Yvonne Hine (Ron), Rhonda Kinsey (Dan) and Gaynelle Voreis (Kenny). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
