He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edgar and Ella Edgar (Schill); his wife Betty Miller (Kosinski); and his brothers, Charles Miller and Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Sharon Millington (Dan) of Delaware, Leonard Miller of Porter, IN, Michelle Janosky (Keith) of Chesterton, IN and Stephen Miller of Chesterton, IN; his grandchildren, Jacqueline Lloyd (David) of Delaware and John Miller (Jenny) of Valparaiso, IN; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Macey, Sophia and Colton; Tim, Victor and Carl.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of John may be given to the American Heart Association or to Dunes Hospice, Valparaiso Indiana.
