He is survived by: his father Donald Miller (Donna) of Chesterton; his sisters, Virginia Callender of Alexandria, Kimberly Cutsinger of Anderson and Tiffany Miller of Chesterfield; his siblings' children, Ethan Callender, Andrew Miller, Kelsey Miller and Madison Cutsinger; and his aunts, Debbie Downey (Robert) of Alexandria, Sue Davis of Alexandria, Joann Strohmeyer (Ron Schrader) of Clinton, Mary Hoerman (Steve) of Hoffman Estates and Nancy Miller of Apex.
