He is survived by : his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Telligman (Crawford); his daughter Megan Telligman of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Roslyn Fagen (Mike) of Scottsdale, AZ; his nephew James Fagen of California; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Crawford of Phoenix, AZ and David Crawford of Kansas City, MO..
