She was predeceased by: her father John Jensen. She is survived by: her mother Ann Suchie of Valparaiso; her sons, Liam and Levi Booth; the father of her children Josh Booth; her siblings, Tiara Robinson (Joseph), John Jensen (Ariana), Joshua Jensen, Samantha Jensen, Quintessence Wolf and Sequoya Suchie; and her grandparents, Paula Morris (Stanley) and Thomas Suchie (Linda).

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made care of Ann Suchie for the benefit of Sarah's sons, Liam & Levi.

“I knew Sarah from the Best Western hotel. I first met her over four years ago when she was pregnant with her first kid. I used to come into town and talk to her at the bar at the hotel and she was so nice and sweet. After she had her baby I didn't see her for a while because she just worked weekends. And then a little over a year ago I saw her again for a while because she worked week nights when I was there. Every time I saw Sarah she had such a big smile on her face she was awesome”
