With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Tannish IV of Chesterton, Indiana, who passed away on July 22, 2021 at the age of 23. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Janet Symes and Marvin Shick; and his uncle Clay Shick. He is survived by : his parents, Stephen Tannish and Amy Tannish; his siblings, Jon Paul Tannish and Aliza Jane Tannish of Chesterton; his girlfriend Vanessa Krause of Valparaiso; his grandparents, Nancy Shick and Richard Symes of Ashtabula, Ohio.; and his aunts and uncles, Neill Tannish (Colleen), Jamie Tannish (Rick), Sean Tannish (Karen), Barry Shick (Lisa), Joel Shick (Candy Kinney), Wendy Shick and Michele Shick. He is also survived by Numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
