He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fasone and Violet Fasone (Harder); and his brother Peter Fasone. He is survived by: his wife Debora Fasone (Buis); his children, Aimee Fasone Forster, Kara Fasone, Danielle Fasone and Warren Fasone (Paige); and his granddaughter Gemma Grace Fasone.
To honor Warren's memory, flowers may be sent directly to Geisen-Carlisle Funeral Home in Michigan City before the service or expressions of sympathy may be made in his honor to the American Cancer Society.
