He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Dickens (Bates); his daughters, Patty "Susie" Menard and Peggy Lawson (Bill); his son-in-law Paul Holbrook; and his grandchildren, Ajax "AJ" (Amy), Phillip (Jessica), Kara, Ben and Danny. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
