He was predeceased by: his parents, John G Johnson and Cecil R Johnson (Johnson); his wife Joyce J. Johnson; his brothers, Bennie Johnson and Michael Johnson; and his in-laws, Eugene and Marie Patmore.
He is survived by: his children, Ron (Janet) and Cynthia (Roger); his grandchildren, Jake Knepper (Tennille), Jennifer Siukola (Dave), Phillip Knepper (Alisha) and James A. Johnson; his great grandchildren, Wyatt Knepper, Lenny Knepper, Lilly Siukola, Alena Knepper and James M. Siukola; and his sister Jean Taylor (Henry).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Youngblood Chapel (36 E Market St, Chrisney, IN 47611). A masonic service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
