He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rumage and Regina Koch (Ty Forler); and his siblings, Angie and Ed. He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his grandchildren, Derek, Michael, Lee, Anthony, Carly, Alyla, Wren, Anabelle, Willow, Lillian and Elle; and his siblings, Jim (Theresa), Neil (Rita), Greg, Elaine (Bill), Jeannine (David), Eric (Diane), Andrea (Rick), Jeff (Laura), Celeste (Doug) and Anita (Brian).
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Spencer County Community Center (1101 E County Rd 800 N, Chrisney, IN 47611). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
