She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Hawk; and her grandparents, Glen, Ruth Dillavou, Melvin and Betty Hawk.
She is survived by: her mother Rebecca Hawk; her brother Andrew Hawk (Adelphia); and her sibling's children, Ethan, Elizabeth, Elisea, Ezekiel, Eliana and Eliya. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
