David Leazier Obituary

In loving memory of David Leazier (Churubusco, Indiana), born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, who departed this world on May 17, 2024 at the age of 68. He was predeceased by: his mother Mildred Leazier (Hohnhaus); and his brother Steve Leazier. He is survived by: his father Harold Leazier; his wife Sarah Leazier; his children, Stephanie Weaver (Mark) and Thomas Leazier (Keegan Knott); his brothers, Greg Leazier (Sherie), Paul Leazier (Kathy), Tim Leazier (Lou Ann) and Danny Hofferberth; his sister-in-law Brenda Leazier; and his granddaughter Harper Leazier.
