The memory of Debra Parks of Churubusco, Indiana, who passed away on August 3, 2025 at the age of 70, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As Debra departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Debra. Though Debra may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Bulmer and Virginia Bulmer (Fletcher); and her siblings, Terry Bulmer and Judy Snider. She is survived by: her husband Richard Parks; her children, Jerry Partin, Jr. (Sherri) and Angela Partin-Johnston (Ben); and her sister Peggy Ryan (Jim). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to Christ Community Church.

I remember her showing me some jewelry of hers, she had a silver spoon ring, I said I really liked it and she just gave it to me.
