He is survived by: his parents, Colby Forster and Emilee Banks; his brother Wyatt; his grandparents, Jeremy Banks, Amy Hunter, Michelle Forster and Rick Forster; and his great-grandparents, Carol Cox (John), Allen Banks, Sidnee McCormick, Blen Sloan, Kay Willard, Robert Hensinger and Mary Ruterford. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; several cousins.
