He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clifford and Dorothy Clifford (Brewer); his wife Judy Frazier; and his siblings, Thomas Clifford and Peggy Russell.

He is survived by: his sons, Michael Clifford (Stepheni) and Brian Clifford; and his brother Arthur Clifford (Jane). He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and six step-great-grandchildren.
