He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Adkins (Mills); the mother of his children Kimberly Adkins; and his brother Bill Adkins. He is survived by: his father William Adkins; his close friend Robin Lewis; his daughters, Kyra Rippe (Robert) and Kellie Adkins (Chris Ashton); his niece Candice Kunneke; and his brother Rodney Adkins. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
