He is survived by: his wife Kasey Miller; his children, Adriene Miller, Zach Miller (Kristin) and Luke Miller (Corryna); his sisters, Amy Rose and Laura Miller (Alan Smith); and his grandchildren, Laila, Riley, Kellan, Breckin and Bodhi.
