She was predeceased by: her mother Norma Jean Arington (Jones). She is survived by: her father Rexal Arington; her husband Eugene "Pete" Strack; her children, Niki Keister (Bret) and Brett Strack; her grandchildren, Liam, Nora, Vivian and Isaac Keister; and her siblings, Michael Arington (Sharon), Terry Meyer (Jeffery), Nadine Bollman (Sherlin) and James Kevin Arington.

Memorial donations may be given in memory of Penny to Masses at St. John Bosco Catholic Church.
