With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Roger Barnhart of Churubusco, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Roger left this world on August 31, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Barnhart and Evangeline Barnhart (Clingaman); and his son John Barnhart. He is survived by: his wife Martha Gee of Churubusco; his sons, Paul Barnhart and Michael Barnhart (Mindy); his stepdaughters, Virginia LaMaster (Brian) and Barbara Braun Zinser (Michael); and his sisters, Leona Page (Ray) and Myra Talkington.

For those who wish, memorials may be directed to the George Washington Endowment Fund of the National Society Sons of the American Revolution, the Collins New Life Church, or the Churubusco Rotary Club.
