She is survived by: her parents, Ricky Lynn and Nancy Lynn Gilbert of Monroeville, IN.; her children, Blair Nicole Miller (Corey) and Anthony John Harding (Brittney Graebner) of Fort Wayne, IN; her siblings, Amy Koch (Kyle) and Robert Gilbert (Allie) of Monroeville, IN; her grandmothers, Wanda Gilbert of Monroeville and Carolyn Hoffman of Monroeville; her friend Jeff Harding of Fort Wayne; and her adoptive daughter Jennifer Herron (Twyla) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
