She was predeceased by : her parents, Dale Lambert and Bessie "Jewell" Marie Lambert (Short); her son Anthony Zook; her stepson Jeffery Uhl; and her siblings, Charlie Lambert and Carolyn Adams.

She is survived by : her husband David "Larry" Uhl of Haines City, FL; her son Danny Zook of Shelbyville, IN; her stepson Lawrence Uhl (Kelly) of Indianapolis, IN; her grandchildren, Olivia Phillips (Patrick) of Indianapolis, IN, Danielle Diltz of Morristown, IN, Benjamin Uhl of Indianapolis, IN, Emily Uhl of Indianapolis, IN and Cassie Zook of Anderson, IN; and her siblings, Cathy Birden (Rick) of Sheridan, IN and Alan Lambert (Charlene) of Noblesville, IN. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces & nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, February 15th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartley Funeral Homes (209 W Jackson St, Cicero, IN 46034). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
