He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Carmack and Jewell Carmack. He is survived by: his spouse Jean Carmack; his children, Steven Carmack (Tina) and Cheryl Chapman; his grandchildren, Noah, Kaya Chapman, Baylie, Zoey and Landyn Carmack; his great grandchild Paulie; and his brothers, Lannie Carmack (Valerie) and Gary Carmack (Lynette).

In honor of Ronnie's life and his love for his community, memorial donations may be made to the Cicero United Methodist Church.
