She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Hughes and Hazel Mundy; her husbands, Chester Evans and Robert Blake; and her sisters, Virginia Hughes, Barb Babb and Sharron Mayfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Benefiel (Steve) and Karen Evans; her grandchildren, Daniel Benefiel (Dawn), Chris Thompson and Heather Baden (Brian); her great grandchildren, Jacob Benefiel, Audrey Benefiel, Jozee Baden, Ryan Thompson and Aleaha Trump; and her sister Philanna Polk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hartley-Dunnichay Funeral Home (209 W Jackson St, Cicero, IN 46034). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
