She is survived by: her husband Tommy Tyrone Noe; her son Benjamin Tyrone Noe of Clarks Hill; and her siblings, Betty Stevens (Robert) of Frankfort, Frances Ferrell of Somerset, KY and Roy Hill (Toni) of Frankfort.
