She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernie Wallace and Katherine Wallace (Phelps); her great grandchild Memphis Mae Hayes; her siblings, Ernie "Preacher" Wallace and Letha Mae Wallace; and her nephew John Anthony Wallace.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Hayes; her daughters, Stephanie Hayes, Amanda McNeill (Pat), Veronica Reeves (Owen) and Melissa Buck; her grandchildren, Sara Peel (Colt), Andrew Buck Chad (Saralyn), Kindra Hein (George), Danielle Duncan, Kathryn Monroe, Kyle Monroe, Elizabeth McCaulley and Nicholas Hayes (Kenzie); her sisters, Vivian Marchand and Robin Wallace; and her pets, McGhee and Elvis.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
