He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lanham and Mary Belle Lanham; his wife Wilma Jane Lanham; and his siblings, Ronnie Lanham, Will Lanham, Patsy Milburn, Bobby Lanham, Pearlie Mae Spalding, Sarah Jean Shewmaker, Kenny Lanham, Jackie B Lanham and Betty Boblitt.
He is survived by: his children, Donita Spalding (Jessie), Lisa Lanham of Clarksville, Timothy Lanham (Lora) and Gary McKenzie; and his siblings, Jerry Lanham, James Richard Lanham and Judy Mattingly (David). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Garr Funeral Home (7806 Hwy 311, Sellersburg, IN 47172). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
