She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond O. Rivera and Delphine Rivera (Munguia); her siblings, Raymond Rivera Jr., David Rivera, Freddie Rivera and Delilah Jones; and her parents-in-law, Allene and Richard Huston.

She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her daughter Kimberly Huston-Weber (Jason Weber); her siblings, Mike Rivera, Moses Rivera, Ruben Rivera, Lee Roy Rivera, Ernestine Menchaca, Minnie Perez, Erma Watkins and Janie Stark; and her siblings-in-law, Pam and Jeff Dimmitt. She is also survived by 39 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Diabetes Association.
