He is survived by: his sons, Justin (Keri) of Cloverport, KY, Jacob (Christy) of Oxford, NC, Andrew (Hannah) of Campbellsburg, KY and Alex (Amber); his brother Don (Brenda) of Cumming, GA; and his former wives, Donna Lindsey of Cloverport, KY and Teresa Goffner of Clarksville, IN.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
