He is survived by: his siblings, Deanna Caserta Tate (Freddy), Jerry Applegate (Cristina) and Sherry May (Jim); his aunts, Cheryl McDowell, Kathleen Cravens (Gary) and Lisa P. Davis; his uncle Randy; and his grandmother Frances L. Applegate. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
