The memory of Nancy Lou Blacketer of Clarksville, Indiana, born in Salvisa, Kentucky, who passed away on December 15, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sims and Lucille Sims; her husband Carl Blacketer; her brothers, Bruce Sims and Wendell Sims; and her great grandchild Barrett Sedam.

She is survived by: her daughter Deena Walts (Mick); her grandchildren, Ashley Sedam (Alex), Bret Walts (Callahan), Bryce Walts and Aubrey Walts; her great grandchildren, Xander Sedam, Carson Sedam and Willow Walts; and her sister Alisa Adams. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
