She was predeceased by: her father Willy Mae Bottorff (Tibbs); her husband Louie H. Perkins; her grandparents, Dela and Frank Bottorff; and her in-laws, Ruth and Curtis VanHook.
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Perkins (Carletta), Kelli Perkins, Alyson Thompson (Brent) and Shari Perkins; her grandchildren, Adam Thompson (Mary), Paige Thompson (John), Kody Dennis (Summer) and Courtney Kotecki (Zach); her great grandchildren, Stephen "Tripp" Gum and Cameron Kotecki; her siblings, Donna Tyler (Jimmy), William Jr. Bottorff (Kyomi), Mike Perkins (JinJin) and Vickie Edwards (Duke); and her nieces and nephews, Amy McKay (Greg), Tiffany Brock (Tony), Chadd Tyler (Robbi), Jenny Davis (Clint), Jessica Chumbley (Justin), Missy Perkins and Mark Perkins (Theresa). She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews.
